Job Responsibilities:
- This position is for software development in the Cellular IoT Data team. You will be part of a team that develops IoT protocols (CoAP, LwM2M, MQTT), Networking Stack and TLS on well-known OS platforms, will be actively involved in commercialization of the Data IoT software across multiple carriers.
Qualcomm Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering
Qualcomm Recruitment Preferred skill:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Proven ability to design, debug and document complex software applications
- Proven programming experience in C required.
- Strong operating systems and software engineering skills
- Experience in any RTOS development is a huge plus – like ThreadX, FreeRTOS, Zephyr
- Technical understanding of wireless technologies such as GSM/LTE/5G is highly desired
- Experience with development and commercialization for wireless products is a plus
- Experience developing and debugging in embedded environments is highly desired
- Strong debugging skills and familiar with debugging environments such as TRACE32, is highly desired.
